Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational logistics for Guerlain Spa Academy training programs, including participant registration, model recruitment, meal arrangements, and diploma preparation
• Manage pedagogical tool development and digitalized learning platforms, including document review, printing, binding, and platform updates
• Administer training room logistics and facility management, including setup, material preparation, linen management, and inventory oversight
• Serve as primary contact between spa locations and the training department for all training-related inquiries and support
• Liaise with external partners and suppliers regarding pedagogical materials, equipment, and logistics
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research on wellness, beauty, and hospitality industry trends
• Develop and update spa network communication tools, including newsletters, leaflets, brochures, and marketing materials
• Manage merchandising logistics and coordinate visual presentation updates across spa network
• Support special projects including international spa manager seminars, new manager induction programs, and spa opening coordination
• Provide administrative support for platform management, courier logistics, and service supply chain needs

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in business school or equivalent university qualification
• Prior internship experience in marketing (development or operations) within luxury sectors
• Proven excellence in organizational management and task prioritization under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across multiple locations
• Fluent English language proficiency
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
