Guerlain internship in Internal Communications and Events in Paris—support HR with communications strategy, content, and event coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment of the internal communications plan in partnership with all teams and aligned with the house's core values
  • Contribute to writing, formatting, and managing internal content including articles, newsletters, mailings, and digital displays for headquarters, manufacturing facilities, and retail locations
  • Coordinate and create compelling content to promote internal initiatives such as product launches, savoir-faire stories, social and societal commitments, and company culture
  • Coordinate internal key events aligned with house and LVMH group news and sustainability and social commitments, including conferences, workshops, and solidarity initiatives
  • Create communications materials such as invitations, programs, and presentations, and manage operational logistics including budget, registrations, and participant management
  • Monitor event performance through KPIs and develop recommendations to optimize impact and engagement
  • Participate in intranet redesign discussions and contribute to the construction of the new user experience for France and international platforms
  • Support the integration of new content on the digital platform by liaising with internal and technical teams
  • Facilitate the launch of the new intranet platform and contribute directly to its adoption across all teams

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently completed a Master's level programme (Bac+4/5) in Communications, from a university, communications school, or business school
  • Prior internship or apprenticeship experience in project management or internal/external communications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong teamwork mentality, and demonstrated ability to adapt to different stakeholders and environments
  • Strong interest in editorial and digital projects with excellent written French language abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Canva
  • Professional-level written English communication skills
  • Organized, rigorous, reactive, and autonomous work approach
  • Intellectually curious with a creative mindset and keen interest in current affairs and cross-sector trends
  • Knowledge of the luxury sector is a significant asset
