Guerlain Internship — Eco-Design Packaging Homologation Technician, Chartres, France. 2–4 months starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct homologation and characterization studies of innovative packaging solutions, including new materials and refillable systems
- Draft new homologation test methodologies and packaging design guidelines for innovative solutions
- Perform transversal studies on tertiary packaging and casing solutions
- Execute competitive packaging analysis and benchmarking studies
- Record and maintain comprehensive traceability of all test results and activity outcomes
- Communicate test findings and interpretations to business stakeholders
- Escalate non-conformities to relevant business contacts and identify collaborative improvement actions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a BAC+3 level qualification in packaging, metrology, or materials science (BUT/BTS preferred)
- Strong understanding of packaging materials and their technical specifications
- Familiarity with homologation testing or quality assurance processes
- Experience with materials science or packaging engineering preferred

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Candidate should demonstrate strong foundational knowledge in packaging materials and their technical properties through academic coursework.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a BAC+3 qualification (BUT or BTS preferred) in packaging, metrology, or materials science.
