Guerlain, Paris: Internship Assistant - Private Client, Partnerships & Events. 6-month internship starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track B2B client relationships with luxury houses and hotels; manage inquiries and sales reporting by key account
- Develop internal presentation materials highlighting partnership results and outcomes; conduct quarterly partnership performance analysis
- Coordinate and animate all client events and brand image events across the French market in collaboration with trade marketing; propose and deliver bespoke client experiences
- Identify emerging luxury venues for event hosting and conduct in-store and off-site competitive event analysis
- Gather competitive intelligence from other beauty houses to understand the competitive landscape; establish and maintain a partner network database
- Prospect new partners and present the Maison's product catalogue and experiences; track billing and revenue by key account
Qualifications
- Master's degree candidate in Business School or University with specialization in Marketing/Communication
- Prior customer relations experience, preferably within the luxury sector
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Entry-level; no prior experience required, though prior customer relations experience in luxury is preferred.
