Guerlain internship in Paris for New Business & Private Client support; 6-month convention-based position starting January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and promoting the Private Client relations community through presentations, calls, and regional committee meetings
  • Prepare international direction presentations with regional stakeholders, including reporting and performance analysis
  • Coordinate virtual bridges and curated Paris visits for top-tier clients; develop client-facing templates and documentation
  • Compile regional best practices and contribute to the organization of an annual private client seminar
  • Design and implement dedicated processes for exclusive private client offerings, including bespoke fragrance and exclusive collections
  • Support custom order tracking and coordinate order fulfillment for personalized products
  • Author a curated experience catalogue for high-value clients visiting Paris, proposing innovative concepts
  • Provide daily executive support to the Director of New Business & Private Client in administrative, order management, and invoicing functions

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master's programme at a business school or equivalent graduate university degree
  • Previous internship experience in marketing, client relations, communications, or hospitality within the luxury sector
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks with rigour and proactive engagement
  • Strong teamwork capabilities, integrity, humility, and interpersonal acuity
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and PowerPoint presentations
