Guerlain internship: Assistant International Training Project Manager, Paris. Six months from January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create product content and educational materials including PowerPoint modules, digital modules, and training videos that convey brand narrative and key sales arguments for each product launch
- Transform marketing content into pedagogical supports aligned with retail and education community objectives while maintaining brand positioning consistency
- Participate in organizing international seminars and webinars bringing together all international training teams
- Serve as a primary contact for international markets regarding training-related inquiries
- Manage community engagement by maintaining interest within the global training community through regular communications via digital platforms
- Assist in preparing and organizing events, including PowerPoint presentations and room logistics
- Write and contribute to 'Education Mag' newsletters for the retail community
- Monitor annual budgets and deliverable timelines in collaboration with team managers
- Conduct retail point-of-sale visits (Guerlain and competitors) to develop category knowledge
- Coordinate content creation with external agencies
Qualifications
- Final-year Master's degree student at a business school or equivalent university qualification
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Teach on Mars platform is advantageous
- Strong interest in the beauty and retail sectors

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Background in beauty, retail, or luxury goods is advantageous but not required.
Education
Final-year Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university qualification.
