Guerlain Paris internship: International Training Project Assistant supporting luxury beauty education and retail training across Europe. 6-month role beginning January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create educational product content for each launch, including pedagogical dossiers, PowerPoint modules, digital content, and training videos that articulate brand narrative and key selling points
  • Transform marketing content into targeted training materials aligned with Guerlain's brand positioning and retail community objectives
  • Organize and support international seminars and webinars for training teams across European markets
  • Serve as primary liaison for international markets regarding training-related inquiries and initiatives
  • Manage community engagement through regular communications on the digital platform to maintain international training community participation
  • Assist in event preparation, coordination, and logistics including presentation materials and venue arrangements
  • Author 'Education Mag' newsletters targeting the retail community
  • Monitor annual budgets in collaboration with management and track delivery timelines
  • Coordinate creative production with external agencies
  • Conduct retail store visits to Guerlain locations and competitor outlets to maintain market awareness

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (M2) from a business school or equivalent university qualification
  • Fluent English language proficiency
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
  • Experience with Teach on Mars platform (preferred)
