Guerlain seeks an International Training Internship Coordinator in Paris to support retail training events and digital learning initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for international training events, including venue, accommodation, catering, and transportation arrangements
- Manage budget tracking and participant coordination across markets, including flight bookings and hotel reservations
- Develop and maintain event planning tools such as timelines, participant rosters, and communication materials
- Create training support materials and participant kits
- Ensure on-site event execution and coordination
- Oversee daily Guerlain Academy facility standards and product merchandising updates
- Facilitate communication between department leads, general services, and the International Education team
- Assist with retailer visits and school/group maison visits
- Support administration of the Be Guerlain Learning Management System (Teach On Mars) and Reveal Your Skills competency platform (Hiji)
- Develop digital communications for the Be Guerlain community
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a Bac+4/5 program in commerce, marketing, business management, or equivalent
- Fluent in French and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Teach On Mars is advantageous
- Project management and/or event planning experience is valued

Current student in a Bac+4/5 programme in commerce, marketing, business management, or equivalent field of study.
