Guerlain International Training Intern, Paris: Support retail education programs, event logistics, and digital learning initiatives in a dynamic 6-month internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and budgetary oversight for international training events, including vendor management (venues, accommodation, catering, transportation), participant tracking, and on-site event execution
- Manage scheduling tools, retroplanning calendars, and participant rosters to ensure seamless event delivery
- Develop training materials and participant kits in collaboration with the international education team
- Liaise with retail markets for participant registration, air travel bookings, and hotel reservations
- Support communications campaigns promoting upcoming training events
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance standards of the Guerlain Academy facility
- Update product and merchandising information within the academy
- Facilitate communication between academy stakeholders, general services, and the international training team
- Assist in organizing retailer visits and welcoming external groups and affiliated maisons
- Provide administrative support for the Be Guerlain learning management system (Teach On Mars)
- Administer the skills management platform Reveal Your Skills (Hiji)
- Support local administrator communities and create digital communications across Be Guerlain
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate degree (Bac+4/5) in commerce, marketing, business management, or equivalent discipline
- Fluent in both French and English
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Teach On Mars is advantageous
- Demonstrated capability in project management or event coordination

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset through academic or extracurricular involvement.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bac+4/5 (Master's-level) degree or equivalent in commerce, marketing, business management, or related discipline.
