Role & Responsibilities
- Support the conception, planning and coordination of international events, including product launches, press activations and influencer gatherings.
- Manage event logistics: venue scouting, coordination of external suppliers and service providers, and monitoring of project timelines.
- Draft and produce communication collateral for events (invitations, guest programmes, roadbooks and run sheets).
- Handle administrative project follow-up, including expense tracking and vendor invoicing support.
- Develop local event guidelines and recommendations (venue selection, catering and experiential standards) for regional teams.
- Assist with onsite operational implementation and on-day coordination to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications
- Current Master’s-level student (Bac+4/5) in Communication, Events, Marketing or equivalent, eligible for an internship (stage).
- Strong organisational skills, proactivity and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset and ability to work across international stakeholders.
- High adaptability and resilience in fast-evolving, high-standard environments.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficient with Pack Office.

Experience
Open to early-career candidates and current students; no prior professional experience required. Previous internships or academic projects in events, communications or PR are an advantage.
Education
Master's-level student (Bac+4/5) in Communication, Events, Marketing or equivalent; approved internship status required.
