As part of Guerlain’s Finance Department, the intern will support risk-management processes across Guerlain SAS and its subsidiaries, covering internal control procedures, business-process improvement, annual control campaigns and internal audits. This six-month, convention-approved internship starts in January 2027 and is based in Paris’s 1st arrondissement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Draft and implement new procedures and monitor their application.
- Improve business processes.
- Review documentation and verify the correct application of existing internal procedures.
- Conduct ad hoc operational audit and internal control assignments.
- Produce internal control awareness materials.
- Support the annual internal control campaign at headquarters and subsidiaries, including monitoring and implementing action plans.
- Plan and participate in ad hoc audits conducted by Guerlain’s internal audit teams and the Perfumes & Cosmetics division.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business, engineering or an equivalent university qualification, specializing in audit and internal control.
- Ideally, initial experience in audit and internal control or at an audit firm.
- Proficiency in English, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong writing and synthesis skills.
- Curiosity and attentiveness.
