Guerlain Paris: Internal Audit & Controls Intern. 6-month internship in Finance department starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new internal control procedures and monitor their application across the maison and affiliated entities
- Improve operational business processes and ensure compliance with existing internal procedures
- Conduct ad-hoc operational audit and internal control missions
- Participate in the annual internal control campaign at headquarters and subsidiary level, including implementation of action plans and remediation efforts
- Support the Internal Audit team in planning and executing periodic audits for Guerlain and the Perfumes & Cosmetics division
- Produce documentation and awareness materials on internal control topics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent university qualification specialized in audit and internal controls
- Ideally, prior experience in audit, internal controls, or audit firm consulting
- Proficiency in English, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written communication and synthesis capabilities
- Natural curiosity and active listening skills
