Guerlain seeks Internal Audit & Control Intern in Paris for 6-month internship starting January 2027
Role & Responsibilities
- Draft and implement new procedures and monitor their application across the organization
- Drive business process improvement and optimization initiatives
- Verify documentation and ensure compliance with existing internal procedures
- Conduct ad-hoc operational audit and internal control missions
- Develop awareness and training materials on internal control subjects
- Support the annual Internal Control campaign at headquarters and subsidiary level
- Participate in implementation of action plans from the annual Internal Control campaign
- Assist with audit planning and execution for both Guerlain and the Perfumes & Cosmetics division
Qualifications
- Master's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent university qualification with specialization in audit and internal control
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent synthesis abilities
- Proficiency in English, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Analytical mindset with natural curiosity and active listening skills

Entry-level; ideally with some prior experience in audit and internal control or Big Four/mid-tier audit firm environment
Education
Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent university-level qualification with specialization in audit and internal control
