Guerlain — Paris: Internal Audit & Control Intern (internship) starting Sept 2026. On‑site, 4‑month placement at Maison HQ in Paris 1er.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the formalization, implementation and monitoring of risk management and internal control processes across Guerlain SAS and its subsidiaries.
- Draft and deploy new procedures, ensure their correct application and strengthen documentation of existing controls.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and assist in implementing process enhancements.
- Execute ad hoc operational audit and internal control assignments, including planning and fieldwork with internal audit teams.
- Support the annual internal control campaign: monitor and follow up action plans for head office and subsidiaries.
- Produce awareness and training materials to promote internal control topics internally.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school or equivalent university qualification with a specialization in audit, risk or internal control.
- Ideally a first professional experience in internal audit, operational audit or in an audit firm (stage, internship or junior role).
- Proven drafting and synthesis abilities with clear, professional written communication.
- Strong analytical curiosity, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
- Availability for a conventionné internship beginning September 2026 for a 4‑month full‑time placement, on site in Paris (1st arrondissement).

Entry-level. Candidates may be recent graduates or current Master's students; a first internship or professional exposure to audit or audit firm work is preferred.
