LVMH Parfums & Cosmétiques seeks an Intellectual Property Legal Intern in Paris for a six-month internship supporting trademark and IP portfolio management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the legal team with the management of trademark and design portfolios across multiple Maisons, including prior art searches, responses to trademark office notifications, and drafting of opposition briefs
- Draft legal opinions and contracts including coexistence agreements, licensing agreements, copyright and image rights assignment contracts
- Participate in the legal validation of advertising and marketing communications
- Support the preparation of pre-litigation and litigation files
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree programme or law school with specialization in intellectual property
- Strong knowledge of IP law, including trademark, design, copyright, and advertising law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including professional drafting of legal notes and contracts
- Ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Candidates should possess academic knowledge of intellectual property law through advanced coursework.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law, or enrolled in an advanced law school programme with IP specialization.
