- Build and maintain project master schedules (retroplannings) with subject-matter experts; monitor milestones and trigger escalation when deviations occur, proposing corrective actions and success conditions.
- Track cost of goods and contribute to cost-of-return (costing) oversight throughout development phases.
- Organise and animate project and feasibility meetings; act as a cross-functional interface with Marketing, Packaging Development, Procurement, Industrialisation, Industrial Logistics, Supply Chain, R&D and Regulatory Affairs.
- Identify process improvement opportunities in the development workflow to secure launches and mitigate risks.
- Propose optimisations to current working tools to increase team efficiency and project transparency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school, business school or university with a specialization in project management, innovation management or industrial management.
- Highly organised, rigorous, proactive and able to work autonomously within cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills with the capacity to take constructive distance on complex issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
