Guerlain internship: Industrial Planning Engineer – Digital Transformation, Chartres. 6-month role in supply chain, Power BI, data analytics. January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish reliable planning parameters for the production site by developing a dedicated data model and Power BI dashboards; define governance processes, establish monitoring routines, and train assigned staff on tool maintenance and process animation
- Enhance supply chain service level robustness by analyzing data flows with Paris headquarters Supply Chain teams, identifying variance sources, and harmonizing calculation rules and associated processes
- Develop digital performance animation for the Industrial Logistics department by defining relevant KPIs with each team, designing associated Power BI dashboards, and deploying visual management tools for ongoing performance monitoring
- Standardize and harmonize the service documentation base by meeting with operational teams to understand current practices, proposing unified formats, and structuring a homogeneous, transparent, and sustainable digital organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree or Bac+5 engineering qualification with specialization in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or Logistics
- Advanced proficiency with Power Query and Power BI (mandatory)
- Strong Excel skills
- Analytical mindset with autonomous working capability
- Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Coursework or academic projects in supply chain, industrial engineering, or data analytics preferred.

Bac+5 engineering degree or Master's qualification with specialization in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or Logistics
