Role & Responsibilities

• Attend art direction meetings with the marketing team to become familiar with campaigns.
• Monitor advertising content for 360° marketing campaigns.
• Develop visual layouts for merchandising and digital channels with internal and external graphic designers.
• Help prepare international meetings and other key events.
• Contribute to creative research for the art directors.
• Update campaign tracking tools, including campaign visual boards, regulatory tracking for model imagery, and campaign schedules.
• Coordinate and track the production of reference proofs for markets, working with the project manager, art director, and printer.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects with the project lead.
• Occasionally administer the internal tool used by teams to access campaign visuals and films.
• Work within the Marketing Department’s Image Project Management team alongside the project lead and project managers to monitor advertising campaigns.

Qualifications

• Higher education at a business or communications school.
• Project management experience is an advantage.
• Able to organize work, manage priorities, and demonstrate rigor.
• Strong interpersonal skills; enjoys teamwork, contributes ideas, and works autonomously.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
