Guerlain is seeking a Human Resources Development Assistant to support recruitment, employer branding and training across its production sites in Chartres and Orphin. The full-time, on-site internship is scheduled to begin in January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support recruitment of interns and apprentices, including briefing, sourcing, interviews and follow-up.
- Coordinate and engage the intern and apprentice community.
- Contribute to developing Guerlain’s employer brand in the local area.
- Help organise and host HR events, including projects, forums and school relations activities.
- Contribute to building the skills development plan.
- Support the delivery of training activities, including logistical coordination, administrative follow-up and dashboard updates.
- Contribute to internal career-path development projects.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at Bac+5 level in human resources, business, psychology or an equivalent field.
- Strong interest in industrial and operational environments.
- Good interpersonal skills, organisational ability and proactivity.
- An initial HR experience through an internship or apprenticeship is preferred.
- Proficiency with IT tools, particularly Excel; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
