Guerlain — Paris: HSE & Facilities Manager to oversee health, safety, security and maintenance across HQ and boutiques (CDI, full-time).
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the company’s Document Unique d’Évaluation des Risques Professionnels (DUERP) and PAPRIPACT for headquarters and each boutique; monitor corrective actions through defined KPIs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for Santé et Sécurité au Travail (SST) and ERP/ERT building standards; coordinate periodic inspections and remediate reserves with technical teams.
- Lead incident analysis for accidents and near-misses, propose and implement corrective action plans, and run prevention programmes.
- Develop and deliver mandatory safety training (first-aid, first-response teams) and organise annual evacuation exercises in coordination with HR and occupational health services.
- Define and enforce corporate security policy to prevent theft, intrusion and antisocial behaviour in boutiques; supervise electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms).
- Manage security contracts and monitoring providers (guarding, remote surveillance): run tenders, control planning, and perform quality assurance.
- Respond to alarm activations and crisis situations (including on-call duties when required); liaise with law enforcement and the Group Security Director.
- Oversee multi‑site technical maintenance (HVAC/CVC, electrical, plumbing, finishing works) by managing multi‑technical service providers and ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance delivery.
- Plan and track statutory technical verifications and follow up with control agencies; define maintenance KPIs and review provider performance in steering committees.
- Contribute to the maintenance and security budget: validate quotes, monitor spend and optimise costs.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in HSE, Safety Management, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a comparable HSE/maintenance role; prior experience in the luxury retail or boutique environment strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in contract management and oversight of facility management providers.
- Thorough knowledge of French SST legislation and ERP regulatory requirements.
- Solid technical understanding of building systems (fire safety, electrical, HVAC/CVC).
- Experience with incident investigation, emergency response and crisis management.
- Strong leadership, authoritative decision‑making and the ability to enforce rules with pedagogy; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience
At least 10 years in health & safety and facilities management, with demonstrated responsibility for multi‑site operations and contractor oversight; luxury retail experience is highly desirable.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in HSE, Safety Management, Engineering or equivalent.
