Guerlain HR Training & Development Coordinator apprenticeship, Paris 1st arrondissement; full-time, September 2026–2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deploy and manage the skills development plan through active market research and identification of relevant training providers aligned with soft skills, technical competencies, and leadership development needs
  • Participate in designing customised training pathways from pedagogical objective definition through impact evaluation
  • Oversee complete administrative and logistical coordination of training sessions, including registration management, facility booking, preparation of learning materials, and post-training follow-up for both headquarters and retail teams
  • Pilot the organisation of integration seminars for new employees, coordinating internal and external speakers, managing logistics, and facilitating sessions
  • Champion a learning culture by actively promoting continuous development through the organisation and promotion of training events and inspiring conferences
  • Manage administrative follow-up and invoicing with training providers, process quotation requests, monitor conventions, and ensure rigorous handling of billing and payments in coordination with the accounting department
  • Contribute to budgetary tracking and analysis for the People & Culture team, providing regular reporting and identifying optimisation opportunities

Qualifications

  • Pursuing Master's-level studies in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or equivalent from a university, business school, or IAE institution (Bac +4/5 level)
  • Prior experience through internship or apprenticeship in HR with demonstrated organisational rigour
  • Knowledge of budgetary management and interest in invoice processing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong team orientation and collaborative mindset
  • Recognised adaptability, intellectual curiosity, and initiative-taking approach
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Experience
