Guerlain HR Recruitment and Projects Intern, Paris. 6-month internship (Jan 2027) in Human Resources, supporting recruitment and HR initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and support the complete recruitment process for headquarters and field teams across the French market
- Participate in employee onboarding, trial period monitoring, and disciplinary matters management
- Assist managers in the implementation of HR projects and processes
- Maintain and update HR dashboards and key performance indicators related to recruitment and other HR metrics
- Contribute to various HR initiatives including quality of life at work (QVT) programmes and strategic onboarding projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Human Resources or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and active listening abilities
- Proactive mindset with enthusiasm for diverse projects and responsibilities

Entry-level; ideal for final-year students pursuing advanced HR qualifications. Beginner-level professional experience acceptable.
Education
