Guerlain HR Recruitment and Projects Intern, Paris. 6-month internship (Jan 2027) in Human Resources, supporting recruitment and HR initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the complete recruitment process for headquarters and field teams across the French market
  • Participate in employee onboarding, trial period monitoring, and disciplinary matters management
  • Assist managers in the implementation of HR projects and processes
  • Maintain and update HR dashboards and key performance indicators related to recruitment and other HR metrics
  • Contribute to various HR initiatives including quality of life at work (QVT) programmes and strategic onboarding projects

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and active listening abilities
  • Proactive mindset with enthusiasm for diverse projects and responsibilities
