Guerlain in Paris is hiring an HR Learning & Development Apprentice (alternance) starting Sept 2026 — one-year work‑study in training, onboarding and L&D.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment of the skills development plan by conducting market research and sourcing training providers across soft skills, technical competencies and leadership programmes.
  • Contribute to instructional design by co‑building tailored training pathways, defining learning objectives and participating in post‑training impact evaluation.
  • Manage administrative and logistical aspects of training: handle registrations, room bookings, preparation of training materials and post-session follow‑up for both head office and retail teams.
  • Coordinate and run onboarding seminars for new hires, including liaison with internal and external speakers, logistical coordination and facilitation support.
  • Drive initiatives to promote a learning culture by organising and publicising internal events, talks and inspirational conferences.
  • Act as primary contact for training organisations: manage requests for quotes, conventions and ensure accurate invoicing and payment follow‑up with accounting.
  • Support budget monitoring for the People & Culture team by producing regular reports and identifying optimisation opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme in Human Resources, Management, Business School or equivalent (Master-level).
  • Previous HR experience by internship or alternance is preferred, demonstrating organisational rigour and autonomy.
  • Basic knowledge of budget monitoring and invoice management.
  • Excellent organisational skills, proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.

Experience
