Guerlain in Chartres is hiring an HR Development Assistant (Internship) to support recruitment, employer brand and training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the HR Development Manager in day‑to‑day HR activities for the Chartres and Orphin production sites, acting as a local operational HR contributor.
- Manage recruitment and campus relations for interns and apprentices: prepare briefs, source candidates, conduct or coordinate interviews, and ensure candidate follow‑up.
- Animate and maintain the community of current interns and alternants to foster engagement and retention.
- Contribute to employer‑brand initiatives at the local level and help organise HR events, school relations, forums and promotional projects.
- Assist in the construction and implementation of the skills development plan, coordinating logistics and administrative follow‑up for training actions and maintaining training dashboards.
- Participate in projects to design or improve internal career paths and learning journeys.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s‑level program (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Business School, Psychology or equivalent.
- Strong interest in industrial and operational environments; comfortable working proximate to production teams.
- Good interpersonal skills, strong organisational aptitude and a proactive, service‑oriented attitude.
- Prior HR experience by internship or alternance is desirable.
- Proficiency with core office IT tools, particularly Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
