Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment for interns and work-study candidates: drafting briefs, sourcing, conducting interviews and candidate follow-up.
- Coordinate and animate the interns/alternants community to foster engagement and retention.
- Contribute to local employer branding initiatives and campus relations to strengthen talent attraction in the Chartres basin.
- Assist in organising and running HR events (career fairs, school relations, internal projects) and local employer-brand activations.
- Participate in the design and deployment of the skills development plan: logistical coordination of training actions, administrative follow-up and maintenance of training dashboards.
- Contribute to projects enhancing internal career pathways and other people-development initiatives across the Chartres and Orphin production sites.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+5 (Master's) programme in Human Resources, Business School, Psychology or equivalent.
- Marked interest in industrial and operational environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a high level of organisation and proactive mindset.
- Prior HR exposure (internship or work-study) is preferred.
- Good command of Excel; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
