Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment for interns and work-study candidates: drafting briefs, sourcing, conducting interviews and candidate follow-up.
  • Coordinate and animate the interns/alternants community to foster engagement and retention.
  • Contribute to local employer branding initiatives and campus relations to strengthen talent attraction in the Chartres basin.
  • Assist in organising and running HR events (career fairs, school relations, internal projects) and local employer-brand activations.
  • Participate in the design and deployment of the skills development plan: logistical coordination of training actions, administrative follow-up and maintenance of training dashboards.
  • Contribute to projects enhancing internal career pathways and other people-development initiatives across the Chartres and Orphin production sites.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bac+5 (Master's) programme in Human Resources, Business School, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Marked interest in industrial and operational environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a high level of organisation and proactive mindset.
  • Prior HR exposure (internship or work-study) is preferred.
  • Good command of Excel; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
