Guerlain HR Assistant Generalist internship in Paris. Support HR Business Partners in recruitment, talent development, and HR operations from September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support administrative HR processes including employee file management, data updates, and internal workflow coordination
- Participate in all recruitment stages: candidate outreach, application tracking, profile sourcing, and candidate experience enhancement
- Contribute to talent development initiatives including professional review tracking, internal mobility facilitation, and cross-entity profile sharing
- Monitor and analyze key HR performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in dashboard and reporting preparation
- Support operational delivery on transversal HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Provide daily support to HR Business Partners on routine personnel matters
Qualifications
- Bac+5 (Master's degree) or equivalent qualification
- Genuine interest in generalist HR challenges with a learning mindset
- Strong relational intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional rigor, organizational capability, and confidentiality awareness
- Collaborative spirit with a service-oriented approach
- Advanced Excel proficiency including dashboards, charting, and data manipulation/reporting
- Professional PowerPoint skills for clear, aesthetically polished presentations

Entry-level or no prior HR experience; strong willingness to learn and curiosity about HR functions required.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent qualification.
