Guerlain Paris: Hospitality & Education Project Manager (4–6 months, July 2026). Lead brand pedagogy, VIP experiences, and retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and transmit the Guerlain maison's DNA through brand pitch development, induction programmes, and heritage storytelling; update brand communications and monitor market implementation via mystery shopping initiatives
- Organize and animate Guerlain Academy visits, heritage reserve tours, and VIP-to-retailer experiences in collaboration with the retail team; manage daily logistics, quarterly merchandising updates, and reservation coordination
- Curate and execute annual educational events including Train the Trainer sessions, webinars, and Beauty Consultant Awards; oversee market-specific award ceremonies and ensure premium brand representation
- Manage the Beauty Consultant Awards project lifecycle—organization, orchestration, animation, and post-event follow-up with market teams
- Lead the trainer community as community manager, coordinating meetings, communications, scheduling, and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in hospitality and/or retail environments
- Proven expertise in premium and ultra-premium client experience design
- Exceptional organizational rigor and demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and business KPIs
- Strong relational excellence and capacity to create distinctive emotional customer journeys
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive problem-solving orientation

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in hospitality and/or retail sectors, with demonstrated proficiency in premium and ultra-premium service environments and a proven track record of translating brand vision into operational excellence.
