Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update HSE documentation (DUERP, procedures, work instructions).
- Support risk‑prevention and environmental actions, following PDCA cycles.
- Monitor and report safety and environmental KPIs.
- Participate in internal audits and on‑site inspections (mini‑checks, ISO 14001 audits, etc.).
- Design and propose an engagement model for site safety representatives.
- Co‑deliver safety awareness activities and thematic events (safety day, workshops).
- Prepare and animate HSE training sessions (QHSE basics, chemical risk, technical rooms, evacuation, lifting devices).
- Identify environmental improvement opportunities (biodiversity, waste reduction, energy) and contribute to the site roadmap implementation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or accepted to a Master’s programme in HSE, QSE, Environmental Science or equivalent and available for a two‑year alternance starting September 2026.
- Knowledge of French HSE and environmental regulations and risk assessment practices (DUERP, prevention plans).
- Proficiency with office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and BI platforms.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA) and ISO 14001 audit processes is desirable.
- Strong organisational rigour, analytical thinking and synthesis skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, autonomy, proactivity and a demonstrated safety mindset.
