Guerlain in Paris seeks a Global Fragrance Education Project Manager to design and deploy fragrance training across retail channels (English & French required).
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and produce blended-learning curricula and pedagogical resources that translate marketing briefs and product innovations into compelling, brand-aligned training modules for fragrance (with occasional contribution to skincare and makeup).
- Ensure all learning materials embody Guerlain’s Tone of Voice and are adaptable across distribution channels (boutiques, department stores, chain partners, travel retail).
- Lead the global rollout of fragrance education initiatives, managing timelines, stakeholder alignment and tool accessibility across markets.
- Manage the Be Guerlain LMS platform to engage and sustain a global education community, including local trainers and expert cohorts.
- Develop and deliver immersive seminars, expertise weeks and train-the-trainer programmes to build local trainer capability and consistency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail, Digital Innovation and Clienteling teams to secure adoption of new tools and ensure pedagogical coherence.
- Define and monitor Retail KPIs to measure training impact, iterate on content and deliver strategic action plans to optimise effectiveness.
- Conduct on-the-field immersions to gather competitive intelligence, validate training efficacy and refine retail-facing teaching resources.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience in project management with demonstrable responsibility for pedagogical or instructional design, preferably within fragrance, cosmetics or luxury retail.
- Strong digital proficiency with experience using mobile learning solutions and learning management systems; familiarity with Be Guerlain LMS is an asset.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working alongside Marketing, Retail and Digital teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating brand-aligned learning narratives and delivering engaging seminars.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are advantageous.
- High level of organisation, rigor and the capacity to manage multiple international projects and deadlines.
- Client-centric mindset, energy, adaptability and a results-oriented approach; on-the-field sales experience is a plus.

Education
