Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the productivity of Beauty Ambassadors and Experts in line with Guerlain Academy guidelines.
  • Establish an annual training calendar aligned with marketing strategies and headquarters guidelines.
  • Facilitate Guerlain Academy modules and brand workshops for MBC retailers.
  • Conduct interactive training sessions using various methodologies, including in-person workshops and online webinars.
  • Design engaging training materials covering fragrance knowledge, sales strategies, and brand storytelling.
  • Regularly assess training needs and tailor programs to address skill gaps.
  • Support event execution and provide on-site coaching for product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and Sales teams to align training with brand strategy.
  • Manage fragrance training programs and budget effectively.
  • Develop onboarding programs for new hires.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the fragrance or cosmetics industry.
  • Fluency in Japanese (Business – Native) and English (Intermediate – Business).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proven customer service expertise. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the fragrance or cosmetics industry.
