Guerlain seeks a Floor Leader in Paris to manage luxury boutique operations, lead sales team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in fragrances and cosmetics.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Optimize client flow management through presence and attentiveness, cultivating a welcoming environment where each customer feels anticipated and efficiently served
  • Drive commercial objectives and store revenue targets in collaboration with Store Management, monitoring daily sales figures and key performance indicators
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty through premium service delivery and personalized attention
  • Maintain and reinforce brand visual identity and product presentation in alignment with Merchandising guidelines
  • Oversee store maintenance including cleanliness, organization, stock replenishment, and team awareness of these standards
  • Orchestrate commercial animations and special events
  • Manage B2B sales including corporate orders and event-related transactions
  • Lead, motivate, and unify the team including apprentices, interns, and temporary staff
  • Develop team competencies through personalized mentoring and integration of junior profiles
  • Provide continuous feedback to team and management to drive individual and collective performance improvement
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment and contribute to process optimization and workplace conditions
  • Supervise daily store operations including stock management, inventory control, supply ordering, and back-office coordination
  • Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures, tax-free protocols, and all operational procedures
  • Embody and promote the House's grooming guidelines and brand standards

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales within the luxury sector, ideally in cosmetics and fragrances
  • Natural affinity for field operations and demonstrated ability to unite teams around shared objectives
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with strong customer service orientation
  • Passion for the beauty and luxury universe
  • Advanced proficiency in English, with a third language considered advantageous
  • Proactive, organized, and meticulous with strong priority management and autonomous work capability
  • Strong analytical mindset, focus on performance metrics, and propensity for continuous improvement
