Floor Leader at Guerlain Paris | Luxury Beauty Retail Leader | Full-Time Opportunity
Role & Responsibilities
- Optimize customer flow and in-store hospitality by ensuring clients feel welcomed and efficiently served through streamlined processes
- Drive daily commercial performance and revenue targets through active floor leadership, KPI analysis, and real-time sales monitoring
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty through consultative service and personalized beauty consultations
- Maintain Guerlain's brand identity and visual merchandising standards in collaboration with the merchandising team
- Oversee point-of-sale operations, including stock management, inventory, supply ordering, and cash procedures in coordination with back office teams
- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team including permanent staff, alternates, and interns through personalized onboarding and continuous performance feedback
- Implement commercial activations and events, including B2B sales opportunities such as corporate orders and private events
- Uphold the Maison's grooming guidelines and serve as a brand ambassador embodying Guerlain's values and aesthetic
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in the luxury sector, preferably in cosmetics and fragrance
- Demonstrated ability to lead and unify a team around shared commercial objectives
- Excellent presentation skills, eloquent communication, and impeccable customer service orientation
- Passion for the beauty and luxury universe
- Fluent English; a third language is advantageous
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to performance metrics
- Ability to prioritize, work autonomously, and drive continuous improvement
Skills
Experience
Experience in sales within the luxury sector, preferably in cosmetics or perfumery. Strong track record of leading retail teams and driving commercial results. Comfort with direct customer engagement and terrain-based selling activities.
Education
Secondary education minimum; further retail management or luxury sector qualifications valued but not required.
