Guerlain Paris internship: 6-month Financial Reporting & Consolidation role supporting LVMH luxury beauty division. On-site, January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the collection and timely submission of financial information from all subsidiary markets
- Collect, validate, and analyze data submissions from regional markets to ensure accuracy and compliance with reporting standards
- Produce comprehensive financial reports on actual and forecasted closures, including revenue metrics (by market, commercial line, and channel), profit and loss statements, KPIs, inventory levels, retail store performance, and related indicators
- Calculate consolidation and management entries required for financial close procedures
- Analyze and reconcile foreign exchange effects on consolidated results
- Support and train markets on all reporting-related matters, ensuring consistent understanding and application of reporting guidelines
- Monitor the proper functioning of reporting tools (BFC and Orion), analyze variances, and identify areas for optimization and process improvement
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in business school or equivalent university programme with specialization in corporate finance
- Rigorous, detail-oriented approach to financial analysis and data management
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and consistently meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Magnitude, Essbase, and VBA is a valuable asset

Entry-level or recent graduate with foundational knowledge of corporate finance principles and financial reporting processes
Education
Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in business administration, accounting, finance, or equivalent university programme with specialization in corporate finance
