Guerlain Finance Internship: Six-month paid reporting & consolidation internship in Paris (1st arrondissement). Start January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and ensure accurate financial data collection and reporting from subsidiary markets and branches
  • Collect, validate, and analyze financial data submitted by regional teams to verify accuracy and compliance with reporting standards
  • Produce consolidated financial reports on actual and forecast closures, including revenue by market, commercial segment, and distribution channel; P&L analysis with KPIs; inventory and boutique metrics
  • Calculate and record consolidation and management accounting entries
  • Analyze and reconcile foreign exchange impacts on reported results
  • Provide technical assistance and training to regional market teams on reporting requirements, processes, and best practices
  • Monitor the performance of reporting tools (BFC and Orion), identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot data collection issues

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bac+4/5 programme (Master's level) in business school or equivalent university degree with specialization in corporate finance
  • Demonstrated rigour and meticulous attention to detail in financial or analytical work
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and consistently meet strict deadlines
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Experience
