Guerlain Finance Internship: Six-month paid reporting & consolidation internship in Paris (1st arrondissement). Start January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and ensure accurate financial data collection and reporting from subsidiary markets and branches
- Collect, validate, and analyze financial data submitted by regional teams to verify accuracy and compliance with reporting standards
- Produce consolidated financial reports on actual and forecast closures, including revenue by market, commercial segment, and distribution channel; P&L analysis with KPIs; inventory and boutique metrics
- Calculate and record consolidation and management accounting entries
- Analyze and reconcile foreign exchange impacts on reported results
- Provide technical assistance and training to regional market teams on reporting requirements, processes, and best practices
- Monitor the performance of reporting tools (BFC and Orion), identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot data collection issues
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bac+4/5 programme (Master's level) in business school or equivalent university degree with specialization in corporate finance
- Demonstrated rigour and meticulous attention to detail in financial or analytical work
- Ability to manage competing priorities and consistently meet strict deadlines
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Academic understanding of financial consolidation, reporting processes, and corporate accounting principles expected.
Education
Bac+4/5 (Master's-level qualification) in business administration, commerce, finance, or equivalent university degree with specialization in corporate finance.
