Guerlain Finance internship in Paris, supporting Travel Retail operations across four global regions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce and analyze weekly portfolio reports for the Travel Retail market segment
  • Serve as alert function to identify discrepancies or emerging issues
  • Develop and analyze various monthly closing reports for operational and financial teams
  • Track sell-out data and consolidate results across four geographic regions
  • Participate in revenue reviews (J+1) and P&L reviews (J+4), including expenditure tracking by nature
  • Verify data consistency between multiple IT systems (SAP, Orion, Syrus)
  • Coordinate budgeting processes for the four Travel Retail regions
  • Consolidate and analyze revision and budget data for all regions
  • Contribute to creation of global budget presentations for senior management
  • Generate monthly Outlook reports (three-month revenue forecasts) and distribute to regional teams
  • Consolidate Outlook data and assess consistency of regional returns
  • Analyze CAPEX performance and track work-in-progress initiatives
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations for senior management as needed

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in final year of Business School or equivalent university program (Bac +4/+5) with finance specialization
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent teamwork capabilities with demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Strong foundation in financial and accounting principles, particularly P&L analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel (charting and formula functions) and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Experience

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Knowledge of financial processes and familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
