Guerlain Finance Control Internship in Paris – six-month placement supporting EMEA financial operations and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in revenue and P&L review processes (day 1 and day 4 respectively)
- Prepare and analyze operational reporting for regional stakeholders
- Monitor and control POSM (Point of Sale Material) expenditure for Export Europe-Africa operations
- Verify data consistency across multiple systems including SAP, Essbase, Cognos, and Magnitude
- Consolidate export and European subsidiary financial data
- Support revised budget consolidation and analysis
- Prepare presentations for senior management
- Integrate financial data into various reporting systems
- Develop monthly Outlook reporting (three-month revenue forecasts)
- Consolidate data and analyze accuracy of submissions
- Perform weekly European market portfolio analysis
- Track CAPEX and sell-out metrics
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Grande École (business school) at master's level (Bac+5) or equivalent university program with financial specialization
- Mastery of Excel including advanced formulas and chart creation
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentations
- Solid understanding of financial concepts including P&L management and consolidation
- Knowledge of SAP and Essbase preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities with business orientation
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and proactive problem-solving
- Attention to detail and rigor in execution

Experience
Entry-level; intern or recent graduate with foundational financial knowledge and exposure to management accounting concepts.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Grande École (business school) at master's level (Bac+5) or equivalent university program with financial specialization.
