Guerlain Finance Analyst Internship in Paris – six-month role supporting Travel Retail worldwide financial operations and reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce and analyse weekly portfolio reports for Travel Retail markets, flagging anomalies as required
  • Develop and analyse reports for operational and finance teams during monthly closures
  • Track sell-out data and consolidate regional results across Asia, Europe, Middle East, and Americas
  • Support revenue (J+1) and P&L reviews (J+4), plus monitor departmental expenditure by category
  • Verify data consistency across IT systems including SAP, Orion, and Syrus
  • Coordinate budget processes for the four Travel Retail regions and consolidate revision/budget data
  • Contribute to the creation of global budget presentations for executive leadership
  • Generate monthly Outlook reports (three-month revenue forecasts) and distribute to regional teams
  • Consolidate Outlook data and analyse the coherence of regional submissions
  • Analyse CAPEX and participate in ad hoc analyses, producing presentations for senior management

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student at Master's level (Bac +4/+5) in business school or equivalent university qualification
  • Specialisation or strong knowledge in finance
  • Solid understanding of P&L and accounting principles
  • Proficient in English
  • Advanced Excel skills (charts, formulas) and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with SAP and Essbase (Orion) is desirable
