Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day executive support to the Director of Sustainable Development, including management of a complex, confidential calendar and prioritisation of competing requests.
  • Coordinate departmental administration: monitor and control the operating budget in collaboration with internal controlling, create purchase orders, manage supplier accounts and follow up invoices with Finance.
  • Support contractual processes by preparing documents and liaising with Legal on ad hoc agreements.
  • Organise and manage team life: schedule and prepare team meetings (agendas, room bookings), take and circulate minutes, and prepare presentation materials (PowerPoint) and ad hoc analyses.
  • Facilitate onboarding logistics for new hires (welcome events, equipment, access badges) and manage office operations (supplies, mail, catering, space arrangements, IT liaison).
  • Arrange domestic and international travel logistics (flights, hotels, visas, local transport, restaurants) and process expense reports.
  • Act as an internal interface to ensure smooth information flow across Maison departments and LVMH Group counterparts and organise informal team moments to reinforce cohesion.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme (Master’s level) in business, management, executive assistant studies or equivalent university training.
  • Available for a one‑year work‑study (alternance) beginning September 2026, based in Paris 1er.
  • Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, adaptability and a proactive attitude; genuine interest in sustainability topics within a luxury environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
