Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the creative conception and development of scenographic and experiential concepts (moodboards, sketches, 3D visuals) for product launches and corporate events across all channels.
- Collaborate with Art & Heritage, Press & Communications, Human Resources, Digital and other internal partners to align event strategy with brand image and market objectives.
- Produce clear creative briefs, review technical plans, validate samples and prototypes, and ensure quality of execution against timelines and allocated budgets.
- Coordinate internal and external suppliers (agencies, freelancers, production partners, vendors) before and during events; manage calls for tender and commercial negotiations.
- Develop scenographic guidelines and toolkits for markets (set-up, retailtainment, photocalls, floral dressing, invitations, technical documents) and supervise local adaptations.
- Support markets on local activations to ensure visual and experiential coherence worldwide while optimising ROI and respecting budgets and site constraints.
- Provide hands-on delivery oversight during set-up and events to guarantee excellence of execution and brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Master’s-level degree (Bac+5) in fine arts, scenography, event design, or equivalent university qualification.
- 2–3 years’ proven experience in event scenography or experiential design within luxury, agency or in-house environments; minimum 3 years preferred.
- Outstanding aesthetic sensibility, strong autonomy, agility and a commitment to excellence.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines proactively.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
