Guerlain internship: Event Coordinator Intern in Paris, supporting international product launches and press events. January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, preparation, and coordination of international events (product launches, press events, influencer activations)
- Assist with event logistics including venue research, vendor coordination, and timeline management
- Contribute to the creation of communications materials (invitations, guest schedules, roadbooks, event itineraries)
- Manage administrative follow-up and project invoicing
- Develop guidelines for local events (venue recommendations, gastronomic standards, etc.)
- Support operational implementation of events
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's programme (Bac +4/5) in Communications or equivalent
- Demonstrated proactivity and exceptional organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
