Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the International Merchandising Event Designer and project team in the end‑to‑end development of out‑of‑store scenography and experiential concepts for product launches and corporate initiatives (press, influencers, VIP, employees).
  • Translate creative briefs into moodboards, drawings and 3D visuals to define event atmospheres, decor, lighting, floral schemes and graphic elements (menus, invitations, photocalls).
  • Write and circulate technical briefs to internal and external partners (agencies, suppliers), manage technical exchanges and propose pragmatic solutions to buildable scenographies.
  • Produce technical plans, oversee sample and prototype production to validate manufacturing quality and execution; drive iterative improvements.
  • Create and distribute scenographic guidelines and setup documentation to local markets, advising on adaptations for assortment, budget and venue constraints.
  • Participate in event installations and dismantling, including on‑site supervision to ensure fidelity to the creative intent and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master level) programme in Event Design, Scenography, Set Design or equivalent.
  • Availability for a 12‑month alternance apprenticeship starting October 2026 based in Paris (1er arrondissement).
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Operational proficiency in 3D modelling and visualisation, graphic design and office tools.
  • Professional maturity to liaise with cross‑functional teams and external vendors; previous agency or in‑company experience is an advantage.
