Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse guerlain.com performance through weekly and monthly KPI reports, identifying actions and acceleration plans.
- Support definition and implementation of gifting and sampling strategies, including related back‑office coordination.
- Ensure accurate e‑merchandising execution on direct and partner sites; report bugs and improvement opportunities to technical teams.
- Support traffic acquisition and conversion initiatives across paid search, paid social, influencer activations and CRM campaigns.
- Conduct 360° competitive audits for both direct e‑commerce and distributor (e‑door) sites; surface best practices and local opportunities.
- Support e‑distribution strategy and regular audits of distributor e‑stores to elevate brand presence online.
- Lead sell‑out acceleration projects in collaboration with marketing and sales (e.g., ratings & reviews, retail media, specific activations).
- Assist local deployment of online animation plans and ensure product listings comply with HQ guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or current enrolment in business, marketing, management or a related programme.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation preparation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, rigorous attention to detail, autonomy and responsiveness.
- Strong interest in beauty, luxury retail and digital commerce.
- Availability for a 6‑month internship starting April–June 2026; Warsaw‑based with hybrid working.
