Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Guerlain product pages and manage content for launches on guerlain.com throughout the year.
- Verify and quality‑check translations for new product launches and site content.
- Coordinate with the Guerlain Europe team in Paris on campaigns that drive traffic to the brand website.
- Support e‑retail launch plans and assist in the execution of online activations including banners, newsletters and social media assets.
- Contribute to initiatives that optimise online visibility and protect the brand image across digital retail channels.
- Support PR seeding operations to influencers and journalists and prepare reporting on outreach.
- Assist with media campaigns (digital and out‑of‑home) and activity on Google.
- Help create and deploy email marketing and direct‑mail campaigns for the Dutch customer database.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a HBO/WO (Bachelor's or Master's) programme — preferably in Marketing, Communication, Digital Business or a related discipline.
- Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English.
- Proven proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; retail‑grade meticulousness.
- Organised, analytical and results‑oriented with strong communication skills.
- Collaborative team player who is proactive, helpful and initiative‑driven.

Beginner level: suitable for students or recent graduates. No prior professional experience required beyond academic projects or internships; practical interest in e‑commerce and digital marketing is expected.
Education
HBO/WO (Bachelor's or Master's) level education in Marketing, Communication, Digital Business, E‑commerce or a related field.
