Guerlain Stage Assistant Recrutement Young Talents & Projets RH in Paris. 6-month internship supporting ECP recruitment and HR initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment of ECP candidates including internship, apprenticeship, and recent graduate profiles across headquarters and field locations through job posting creation, CV screening, school outreach, telephone interviews, and applicant response processing
- Support integration and ongoing development of the internship and apprenticeship community through training enrollment, onboarding, mid-stage and final evaluations, event organization, and identification of end-of-internship opportunities
- Cultivate school partnerships through business case collaborations, career forums, on-campus Maison presentations, and learning expeditions aligned with campus management strategy
- Develop and maintain employer brand presence both online (LinkedIn, Jobteaser) and offline (campus events) through content creation and event coordination
- Optimize recruitment processes and HR reporting dashboards in pursuit of continuous improvement and candidate-centric experience enhancements
- Contribute to cross-functional projects including retail experience initiatives, new school partnership development, and assessment center organization
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Human Resources or equivalent
- Demonstrated proactivity, organizational acumen, and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Entry-level or no professional HR experience required; current Master's-level student or recent graduate in Human Resources discipline
