Guerlain seeks an E-Retail International Coordinator internship in Paris for 6 months, supporting global digital strategy and product launches across luxury beauty channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist E-Retail Project Managers in developing strategic guidelines and customized content, delivering innovative recommendations to subsidiary markets
- Provide E-Retail content (product pages, newsletters) to markets on schedule and maintain 200+ global retail platforms including Sephora, Douglas, and Marionnaud
- Manage daily relationships with creative agencies on creative briefs and content development for product launches and key commercial campaigns
- Participate in developing decision-support tools such as shade finders and fragrance consultation features
- Collaborate daily with Digital and Marketing teams and prepare weekly validations with the Marketing Direction
- Initiate E-Retail campaign planning requests with subsidiary markets and compile local calendars
- Manage daily relationships with E-Retail teams in subsidiaries and geographic zones, responding to their planning, content, and validation requests
- Monitor successful launch and campaign rollout across channels, consolidate launch tracking, and report findings to team and Marketing
- Safeguard Guerlain's brand image across all subsidiary-managed digital channels and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Consolidate best practices, competitive benchmarks, and online innovation trends; propose improvements to brand perception, product understanding, conversion rates, customer experience, or internal processes
- Conduct business audits as required by team needs and organizational priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +4/+5 in Business School or equivalent university degree
- Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated teamwork capability, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptability

Experience
Ideally, prior internship experience in Digital project management, Trade, or Marketing within the luxury and/or beauty sector; however, entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills and passion for digital retail are encouraged to apply.
Education
Bachelor's degree +4/+5 in Business School or equivalent university education required.
