Guerlain E-Commerce Specialist, Seoul – Drive online growth across Naver and e-retail channels with strategic planning, digital marketing, and brand management expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Set online sales targets aligned with total brand sales objectives and develop channel-specific e-commerce strategies
- Plan and execute integrated e-commerce campaigns across Naver and e-retail partners with differentiated positioning strategies
- Manage product merchandising, inventory forecasting, and promotional calendars to optimize sales performance and brand visibility
- Conduct data analysis and customer experience optimization to drive sales performance and competitive advantage
- Coordinate with supply chain management and logistics teams to forecast stock levels and monitor delivery performance
- Develop and localize brand content aligned with each channel's environment and customer journey
- Plan and execute on-site digital media strategies and monitor competitor digital trends and applications
- Communicate and negotiate with e-commerce partners, internal stakeholders, digital agencies, and regional/headquarters teams
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance on a monthly basis with comprehensive reporting
- Proactively engage with region and headquarters on market needs, strategic alignment, and global e-business initiatives
Qualifications

- Minimum 3–4 years of e-commerce experience in cosmetics or FMCG sector
- Proven proficiency with Naver and major e-retail platforms
- Fluent in Korean and English with professional communication capabilities
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated experience in performance media planning and digital marketing execution
