Guerlain seeks an E-Commerce Product Owner in Paris to drive digital strategy and platform innovation for the luxury perfume and cosmetics house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as Product Owner within an agile team, planning platform evolution and maintaining the product backlog in alignment with overall strategy
- Define prioritization of features and improvements, articulating requirements as clear user stories for the development team
- Drive continuous improvement by proposing enhancements, testing new functionality, and conducting regular quality audits to remediate defects
- Collaborate with the Proxy Product Owner to facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, demos) and provide cross-functional stakeholder updates
- Ensure platform quality and user satisfaction by triaging and prioritizing functional anomalies
- Partner with market teams to develop and implement action plans tailored to regional specifications and oversee their execution and optimization based on business feedback
- Onboard market teams during rollouts of new features
- Define target KPIs for each feature and evaluate success against agreed metrics
- Analyze the efficacy and ROI of platform initiatives to identify business optimization and improvement opportunities
- Update scorecards for each feature and brief Data teams on ad hoc analytical studies
Qualifications
- Master's degree (BAC+5) in business school or equivalent university degree with digital specialization
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in e-commerce, preferably within beauty, luxury, or premium retail sectors
- Proven experience managing international e-commerce deployment projects and rollouts
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce architecture, infrastructure, and associated information systems
- Expertise in e-commerce best practices including customer journey mapping, SEO, payment systems, logistics, and CRM
- Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), JIRA, and Confluence
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders including technical teams, marketing, and business leaders

Minimum 5 years of e-commerce experience, with proven track record managing international platform deployments and cross-functional agile teams in luxury or premium retail environments.
Education
Master's degree (BAC+5) from a business school or equivalent university degree with specialization in digital or e-commerce.
