Guerlain E-Commerce Merchandising Intern, Paris – 6-month internship starting January 2027 in Digital & Omnichannel strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation of e-merchandising guidelines supporting product launches and major commercial campaigns; collaborate closely with Marketing teams and participate in strategic validation meetings
- Develop assets and webmastering briefs necessary for implementing guidelines; coordinate with production teams including graphic designers, copywriters, webmasters, and product owners
- Conduct competitive intelligence, benchmarking analyses, and deliver recommendations to evolve e-merchandising guidelines
- Analyze e-commerce KPIs and performance metrics to inform strategy refinement
- Coordinate implementation of e-merchandising guidelines with webmasters across 31 global websites
- Serve as the e-merchandising reference point for international markets, supporting local adaptation initiatives
- Participate in quality assurance processes, testing, and support ticket creation
- Contribute to continuous optimization projects for Guerlain.com, including new customer journeys, content enrichment, and brand guideline compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +4 to +5 years or equivalent from a business, communication, or related university program
- Demonstrated prior internship or entry-level experience
- Strong enthusiasm for and working knowledge of digital commerce and e-merchandising
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Salesforce CMS (preferred)
