Guerlain Paris internship: 6-month e-commerce assistant role supporting Digital France team. January 2027 start, 1st arrondissement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage e-merchandising excellence on Guerlain.com, including new product launches, internal coordination, out-of-stock tracking, and price/inventory verification
- Optimize product sheets continuously through cross-selling strategies, editorial content development, and visual updates
- Monitor commercial campaign calendars and propose improvements to enhance customer experience and business performance
- Oversee promotional strategy implementation, including gift programmes, samples, and customer incentives
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing teams to create landing pages and manage the employee e-boutique product sheets
- Generate daily performance reports and dashboards for Guerlain.com revenue and product velocity
- Conduct periodic analyses of campaign results, including product launches and customer feedback
- Manage the Booxi online booking platform and serve as primary liaison with Customer Service on clienteling and customer feedback
- Coordinate with CRM, Media, Support, and Marketing teams to ensure project fluidity
- Monitor and process tickets from Beauty Tech and Fraud teams
- Execute monthly competitive benchmarking reviews
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school, digital, or equivalent programme
- Ideally demonstrated prior experience in digital project management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive and meticulous approach to work
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
