Role & Responsibilities
- Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports for guerlain.com and translate findings into actionable acceleration plans.
- Support definition and operationalisation of gifting and sampling strategies; provide back‑office input.
- Ensure correct execution of e‑merchandising on direct and partner sites; identify and report bugs and optimisation opportunities.
- Support traffic acquisition and conversion initiatives including paid search, paid social, influencer collaborations and CRM activations.
- Conduct 360° competitive analyses to identify market opportunities and share best practices across channels.
- Support e‑distribution strategy for distributor websites, performing regular audits and elevating brand presentation online.
- Lead sell‑out acceleration projects in partnership with marketing and sales (ratings & reviews campaigns, retail media, specific activations).
- Assist local deployment of online animation plans and ensure product listings comply with HQ guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or current enrolment in a business school or university (business, marketing, economics or related field).
- Fluent in English.
- Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; rigorous, autonomous and responsive.
- Available for a 6‑month internship starting April–June 2026; hybrid working from the Warsaw office (Domaniewska 39a).
